Born in North Africa in Algiers, Algeria, grew up in San Diego, CA, and has built a dynamic career in consulting, non-profit MENA development, and in tech for the last 16 years. She has worked and lived abroad and worked for many global customers. Sarah currently is a Manager of Inclusion and Diversity at Qualcomm building out strategy and trainings across the company. Prior, she was at Amazon focusing on their Applied Science programming nationally and internationally. She speaks frequently locally in San Diego and in national D&I conferences and most recently, organized a Tech Women Summit in San Diego. She is currently pursuing her Executive MBA at the Wharton Business School and advises and consults with many other national and local nonprofits.

25+ years of strong product experience from cradle to grave for products in consumer as well as enterprise space. Some notable products that I managed are MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iPhone, Chromecast, Google Home etc…Over the years, brought in transformation to product development and manufacturing through strategic thinking and influencing to enable products to market at a faster rate and meet quality and quantity goals targeted. Innate ability to manage cost and drive product excellence through effective processes. Built, managed, and successfully integrated teams, helped grow leaders, mentored & helped with successful career changes. Leemay Nassery Engineering Manager @ Spotify
Leemay Nassery is an engineering manager at Spotify working personalization. Prior to Spotify, she led the engineering efforts on the personalization and a/b testing platforms for Comcast video products.
Namrata Ghadi Senior Software Engineer, Data Science and ML @ Workday
Namrata has been working as a Software Engineer in ML and Data Science team at Workday for over 3 years. Her interests are Natural Language Processing, Data Analysis, Data Explorations. She has represented Workday as a speaker at DataWorks Summit, 2018 and Data Science for Human Capital Management. Namrata is also a host and organizer of a meetup group in Mountain View, California
Melissa Benua Director of Engineering @ mParticle
Melissa Benua has worked in nearly every software development role—dev, test, DevOps, and program management—at companies big and small and somewhere in-between. She’s created and run high availability, high-quality services for PlayFab, Bing, Cortana, and Xbox One, and now for mParticle’s enormous data platform. Melissa discovered her love of massively-scaled systems while growing the Bing backend, where she honed the art of keeping highly-available complex systems up while undergoing significant code churn. Now a director of engineering with mParticle, she’s passionate not only about maximizing efficiency both in her product code and in her developer tools but also about sharing best practices among colleagues and the tech world at large.
Katherine Cass Quality Engineering Team, Einstein Platform @ Salesforce
Katherine graduated with a degree in Computer Science from CWRU in 2016, but decided to take a technical program management route over software engineering. She has held several roles, beginning as a Release Manager for the core Salesforce Platform. She currently leads a team of Quality Engineers for the Einstein platform team (Salesforce’s AI product). Outside of work she enjoys cycling, reading long fiction books, and playing violin.

Aarti Dalvi Software Engineer II @ Microsoft
Aarti has done Masters in Computer Science and is working at Microsoft. She has been involved with multiple non-profits with a motive of helping the ones going through the phases she once was in and believes that everyone grows by simply asking a ‘why’ and there’s no such thing as a silly question. Apart from being passionate about Cloud, she likes to play guitar, write poetry, cook, and paint!
