Brenda Darden Wilkerson, AnitaB.org President & CEO

Brenda Darden Wilkerson is an advocate for access, opportunity, and social justice for underrepresented communities in technology. She currently serves as the President and CEO of AnitaB.org, an organization that connects, inspires, and strives for greater equality for women technologists in business, academia, and government. She founded the original Computer Science for All program, building computer science classes into the curriculum for every student in the Chicago Public Schools, and serving as the inspiration for theObama administration’s national CS4All initiatives.





Dr. Kamau Bobb, Global Lead, Diversity Strategy & Research at Google

Kamau Bobb is the Global Lead for Diversity Strategy and Research at Google and the founding Senior Director of the Constellations Center for Equity in Computing at Georgia Tech. He is an engineer and science and technology policy scholar whose work focuses on the STEM enterprise, large educational systems, and the structural conditions that influence contemporary American life.

He brings to his current position a wealth of experience as a former Program Officer at the National Science Foundation (NSF). At NSF he was responsible for $30 million annually of investments targeted on improving computing and STEM education. In that role Dr. Bobb worked to help shape the national research agenda for effective means of delivering equitable and quality computational education to all students. He has worked with members of the Office and Science and Technology Policy in the Obama Administration to set the national strategy for STEM education at both post-secondary and secondary school levels. He was selected as a member of President Obama’s My Brother’s Keeper STEM + Entrepreneurship Taskforce to help U.S. cities craft strategies to engage young men and boys of color in the STEM landscape. Prior to his federal appointment, Dr. Bobb was the Director of the STEM Initiative for the University System of Georgia, a collaborative effort with the governor’s office to improve STEM education across the 30 public institutions serving approximately 325,000 students in the state.

Dr. Bobb holds a Ph.D. in Science and Technology Policy from Georgia Tech and M.S. and B.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.


Andrea Fishman, Partner at PWC

A Partner in PwC’s Experience Center, Andrea guides organizations through transformative digital experiences, optimizing interactions across diverse channels, experiences and innovative technologies. She excels at bridging the gap between experience, technology and business – translating a better experience into demonstrable financial returns.

Andrea is the Co-Leader of the Women in Technology platform, and was previously the Diversity and Inclusion Leader for the Technology, Media and Telecom practice, focusing on the connections between mindful diversity, employee engagement and high-performing businesses.

Prior to joining PwC, Andrea was the Chief Client Officer at BGT Partners, one of the largest privately held agencies in the US, where she was responsible for client services, digital strategy and marketing technology.

Previously, Ms. Fishman was an executive at marchFIRST/divine, where she led the Healthcare Industry Vertical. Honored as a Top 15 Women in Business, a Stevie Awards Winner as Best Executive in Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations, and Chicago Interactive Marketing Association (CIMA) Digital Person of the Year Finalist, Fishman contributes to CMO.com, Marketwatch, BtoB Magazine, ClickZ and Chicago Business and speaks at global events including Adobe Summit, ACHE Congress and HIMSS.

Andrea earned her Bachelor’s with High Honors at Brandeis University, where she was a Wasserman Scholar, and is now furthering her education at MIT through the Executive Management Program. When not with clients or her twins, Andrea is actively engaged with the Great Dane rescue.


Liza Layne, Lead Data & Analytics Manager @ Eurostar International Ltd

Liza is an experienced Technical Strategic leader of BI & Analytics for over 15 years, which  has seen her become a known champion and advocate for inclusion and diversity in tech. Currently working at Eurostar International Ltd as a Lead Data & Analytics Manager and is also an active member of its Inclusion and diversity committee. With a degree in Computer Science and a master’s in Business Intelligence and Analytics, she started her career in Tech by working in financial services as an IT Support Analyst and eventually onto a path of working in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

Her support of driving for inclusion started by being one of the founders of a London Credit Union serving as a Director, holding the posts of General Secretary and Compliance Officer from 2009 to 2011.

Joining AnitaB.org in 2017 as a volunteer has driven her to forge growth in AnitaB.org’s London Chapter which led to being invited to speak at AnitaB.org  Grace Hopper Celebration (GHC), the world’s largest gathering of women technologists in 2018 and 2019.

Her vision is to empower women to get into tech and stay in there! She is an active member of AnitaB.org volunteer communities serving as joint-conference chair for the 2019 AnitaB.org London Hopper x1, Chapter Point of Contact for AnitaB.org London, inaugural member AnitaB.org’s Membership Mid-Career committee and GHC Data Science CFP reviewer.


Alexandria Butler, Senior Program Manager at Twitter

Alexandria Noel Butler, affectionately known as Lexi B, is considered one of Silicon Valley’s candid and most prominent voices. Her thought provoking advice and opinions on how to create a more equitable work environment stem from her own experiences working in some of the most popular tech companies. In April 2017, Lexi B founded Sista Circle: Black Women in Tech, a community that supports Black women in tech companies and related professions. This 6100+ international community has partnered with organizations such as Phenomenally, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn and Slack. Lexi’s main mission is to inspire people to create their desired life journey by understanding their purpose and life goals. In her own words, “People deserve to live the life that caters to their strengths and passions.”
